Dear owners,
The Water Company of Murcia (EMUASA) has detected this morning a water leak in the water supply in Phase 1. All the necessary valves have been closed to resolve this situation on a provisional basis. The temporary measure does not affect the drinking water supply to any apartment.
The repair work will be carried out next week. However, EMUASA has not been able to confirm whether the work will be carried out on Monday 30th September or Tuesday 1st October 2024.
The reason for this communication is therefore to inform you that during Monday 30.09.24 or Tuesday 1.10.24 there might be water cuts in Phase 1. Specifically in the blocks between Atlántico 74 and Atlántico 140, although there could be pressure drops in the nearest buildings.
