| Dear owners, We are pleased to inform you that on 24.07.2023 the sale of El Casón has been formalised. We understand that this news will raise many questions of all kinds. From who the new owner is to what they plan to do, or if this will change the situation of the restaurant and facilities in the coming months or for the future. Although we would love to answer all these questions and many more, we currently have no further information. Only that the current situation of the restaurant, supermarket, etc. will continue as at present for the coming months. It is our intention to arrange a meeting with the new owners of El Casón and find out what their plans are for the future for the interest of the owners in HR.
