COMMUNICATION 87 FACING THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS…

Dear owners,
With the arrival of the summer holidays and the increase of owners and tenants visiting the Resort, we would like to remind you of our opening hours and procedures for incident management among others.

The office telephone number is 968 01 14 01 Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.  If the telephone is busy with another call and we are not answering your call at the moment, please leave a message on the answering machine which will be answered as soon as possible. 

The HRGR Admin office is open for visits by APPOINTMENT.

It is important to bear in mind that the team may have meetings, visits or arrangements arranged in advance, and may not be able to attend your visit if you come to the office without first making an appointment.    What should I contact the HRGR Admin office for?

Report any type of incident related to the maintenance and services of the common areas of your building (cleaning, lift, garage, lights, etc.).
* Report any type of incident related to the maintenance and services of the communal areas outside your building (gardening, swimming pools, roads, rubbish, lighting, etc.).
* Change of account number for the direct debit of your community fees.  Consultation of the status of your quarterly community fees.  Request for a certificate of being up to date with payments in the event that you plan to sell your property. It is important to request it at least one week before the signing of the sale in order to ensure that it is issued.
*Currently there is a mobile application (URBIT) to report incidents of any kind that you may already know about and even have installed and in use. Although this is the main tool for incident reporting, we would like to inform you that we are studying the possibility of changing the application. We will keep you informed of the process.  

If you are the Building President, you can also contact the HRGR Admin team to: Request information on the financial status of your building.  Request information on the state of debt (debtors) in your building. Request the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting to discuss and vote on issues related to your building for which actions need to be approved by the neighbours in the building (actions to correct water ingress in the garage, installation of windows in communal areas, opening the atrium for better access, establishing internal rules for the use of the communal areas in the building and garage, internal painting of the building, garage ramp, etc.).

Building insurance For issues related to water leaks in your apartment coming from outside or any other issues that may be related to the insurance company, please contact the insurance company directly. If you do not have the contact details, please check the laminated information on the notice board in your building. If your building is not under the self-adminstration system, please contact your BP or your administrator for this information.    

What to report to the security team? It is essential that the issues listed below are reported to security as they occur.
Security will not be able to assist if you report hours or days after the event.
 
Noises that keep you awake.
Loud music at odd hours.
Uncontrolled barking at odd hours.
Dogs running loose without a leash.
Need for an ambulance.
Misbehaviour in communal areas both inside and outside the building.
Non-compliance with swimming pool rules.
During the months of July and August there are 2 security guards dedicated exclusively to patrolling the swimming pools. 
Failure to comply with the community’s internal rules.
Bad parking of a vehicle. 
Adults or children walking around the golf course. 
Others. 
Please, in the event of any problem with a neighbour or if you witness any misbehaviour, please notify security and let the security guards deal with the situation.

A COFFEE WITH THE HRGR ADMIN TEAM The vast majority of residents are already familiar with the HRGR Admin team. However, with the continuous buying and selling of apartments in HR the arrival of new neighbours is a continuous and quite frequent occurrence. 
That is why we would like to organise meetings between the team and the neighbours who wish to clarify any doubts they may have about the operation and management of their building, the General Community and the EUCC. 
The characteristics of these meetings are:
It will not be necessary to make an appointment in advance.
The attention will not be in a group but personalised.
The time with each neighbour will be between 5 & 10 minutes.
This will depend on the number of neighbours waiting to be attended.
If there is no one waiting to be seen, there is no rush. 
The meeting will be on the terrace of El Casón. We will be there from 10.00 to 13.00. It will be held fortnightly (one morning every fortnight), although if there is interest from the neighbours it could be repeated on a weekly basis (one morning a week).
The dates will be published as they are scheduled. 

The first scheduled day will be Tuesday 18th July 2023. We hope to see you in HR this summer!
