Communication 82 – Update on Pools

Dear owners,
Please find below information related to some works carried out in different pools in HR this current week.    PAVEMENT POOL 5-1 (Atlántico 188 – 210)    The pavement from the left side of the pool up to the shower in the right hand corner has given way causing major cracks. Work began this morning with the aim of providing a temporary solution to the area to avoid problems for owners. On closer inspection it has been found that the original crazy stone paving has given way, and this has caused the new resin paving to move and crack. 
Only the affected area has been closed for the work. This means that owners can continue to use the pool, but without crossing into the area marked out with red tape and safety fences. 
The sealing of the cracks is expected to be completed and 100% of the pool operational by mid-week.  
Please note that it will take about 24 hours for the crack sealing to be completely dry.    PAVEMENT POOL 4-1 (Egeo 40 – 56)   The resin from bottom side of the small pool has given way causing major cracks in the pavement. Work will start tomorrow with the aim of providing a temporary solution to the area to avoid problems for owners.    Only the affected area has been closed for the work. This means that owners can continue to use the big pool. Only the small pool is affected during the completion of this work. It will all be marked out with red tape and safety fences. 
The sealing of the cracks is expected to be completed and 100% of the pool operational by Thursday 13.07.2023.   Please note that the sealant must be left for 24 hours to dry completely.   SHOWERS OUT OF ORDER POOL 4-2 (Egeo 2 – 10)
Atlantir, the company in charge of the maintenance of the pools, has detected a leak in the filling network of the pool. They are currently carrying out the necessary investigations to be able to solve the leak. 
In the meantime, in order not to waste water, the showers have been closed as the water network that supplies them is within the same filling network of the pool. 
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
