This is the final communication for registering to play golf or attend the evening entertainment and meal at El Cason, as there are only limited places left if you want to play golf on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have already registered and received confirmation of your place(s), please do not register again. It is important to note that El Cason restaurant will be closed on 1st July 2023 other than for the Charity Day event unless you have registered with HR Charity. You can register to attend the evening entertainment, including the meal and wine, and be allocated a table to enjoy the evening. The tables will be no more than ten people. Like any charity, it relies on donations and sponsors. We already have pledges of support from many owners and local companies, but it is always nice to have more. We would welcome talking to anyone who would like to sponsor any aspect of the day. Companies can use your advertising boards or similar and be included in all publicity in the build-up on the day, so anyone looking to sponsor anything in particular or donate any sums and Raffle prizes are always welcome. We will also be looking to add to items in the Auction items you cannot buy, signed shirts, books, etc., anything out of the ordinary, please again contact hrcharitygolf@gmail.com; All entries will close on Friday, 23rd June 2023.
