| Dear owners, Following the questions raised by some neighbours about the plots that form HRGR, here is some information about them. The Community of Owners of Hacienda Riquelme is a Private Real Estate Complex made up of different plots. As you can see in the table below, the total of all its coefficients make 100% of the Community of Owners of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort.  Plots C2, C3 and C4 were acquired by the Community of Owners of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in 2016 following the acceptance by Polaris World Real Estate S.L. that they had been built as pro-communal elements. This acquisition was made as a result of the resolution of several court cases of HRGR against PWRE approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the General Community of Hacienda Riquelme on 5 May 2016. All of this was also approved by the corresponding court. Registration of ownership in the Property Register No. 7 of Murcia. The plan below shows the location of the C2, C3 & C4 plots in HR according to the consolidated text of the Adaptation to the Special Plan for Infrastructure of the alteration to the General Zoning referred to Hacienda Riquelme, which was approved on 28 September 2006.The plots are those marked in in red colour.
