| Dear Owners, Below you can see the message received yesterday afternoon from Valdelentisco, the desalination plant that provides us with irrigation water. “We would like to inform you that, as in previous years, on the 22 May 2023 we are going to carry out a scheduled technical shutdown of the Valdelentisco desalination plant, in order to carry out various maintenance and regulatory checks necessary for the correct operation of the plant. Therefore, the water supply will be interrupted on Thursday 19 May 2023 and, given that the shutdown is scheduled to last two weeks, the supply will be restored on 5 June 2023. We also inform you that, as a result of a breakdown in one of the plant’s equipment, the water supply until the date of the technical shutdown of the desalination plant will be as follows: – Week of 8 to 14 May 2023: opening of the intakes on Tuesday 9 May and closure on Thursday 11 May. – Week of 15 to 21 May: opening of the intakes on Tuesday 16 May and closure on Friday 19 May. In view of the circumstances indicated in this communication, and in order to ensure that all users are treated equally, we regret to inform you that the monthly volume authorised by the CHS will be reduced to a maximum of 37% of the monthly volume for the month of May 2023. Therefore, once 37% of the monthly volume authorised by the CHS has been consumed, your water supply will be shut off until June. Any change in these conditions will be communicated to you as soon as possible.” Thank you.
