 COMMUNICATION 32 – POOL WRISTBANDS SPONSORSHIP |
| Dear owners, Following the communication 23 sent on 9.02.2024 and the minutes of the GC AGM sent on 23.02.2024, we are contacting you in order to start the process to choose a company to sponsor the wristbands for the use of the swimming pools in 2024. The use of wristbands to confirm access to the swimming pool areas of Hacienda Riquelme was approved at the AGM of the General Community held on 24/01/2024. It will be mandatory to wear the wristbands at all times when in the pool area (inside of the pool fence) from 1st June 2024 to 30th September 2024. Further details about the process to collect them will be publish in April 2024. The Board of the GC would like to offer business owners/residents from Hacienda Riquelme the opportunity to sponsor the manufacture of these wristbands including the chance to promote their company as part of the overall design. The sponsorship would be for one year. Therefore, those owners/residents in Hacienda Riquelme running a business and interested in sponsoring the wristbands in 2024, please contact us on pp7@hrgradmin.com so we can provide you with the terms and conditions to take part in the process.
