| Dear Owners, Please find below the information provided by AVATEL related to the TV channels: “Due to maintenance of the TV network, maintenance on one of the main antennas, and due to the changes to HD of several English and Spanish channels, tomorrow Wednesday 31.01.2024 from 9am to 2pm the TV signal may suffer occasional outages. After these changes, customers who have lost any channels that were previously in SD will have to do a new channel search and they should appear in HD. The frequency changes come from the originating channels. This is not a change from us but from the British and Spanish broadcasters. When they change their satellite frequencies, they do not do it immediately. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks. As soon as the definitive list of channels is finalised, we will send it to you.
