COMMUNICATION 165 DELAY IN RECEIVING THE INVITATION TO JOIN THE NEW APP

Dear owners,

Following the communication 164 sent last Friday 10.11.2023, and during the weekend we have received several emails from owners who did not receive the invitation on Friday. However, some of them have confirmed to have received it today Monday.

After checking with the settings department they have confirmed that it can take between 1 and 7 days to receive the invitation due to the amount of invites that need to be sent.

May we remind  you that it will be sent from hrgradmin@tucomunidad.com.es

If you don’t have it in your inbox, please check your spam box.

If you do not have it in your spam box either, please wait a few days until you receive it.

If you have not received it by Friday 17.11.2023 this week, please contact us at support@hrgradmin.com

IMPORTANT: As the application is organised by buildings, and we do not have information about the buildings that are not in the self-administration system, those owners will not receive the invitation for the moment. That is why any incident that you have to report related to the General Community or the Urbanistic Conservation Entity (EUCC) you will have to do it via e-mail at support@hrgradmin.com
