Following the communication 158 sent last week, today is finally the day of the launch of the new TuComunidad APP that will change the way you manage, report, communicate and access information related to your building.
You should have already received the invitation from email@example.com in your email inbox.
If you don’t have it in your inbox, please check your spam box. If you do not have it in your spam box either, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Through the App you can:
Consult your community fees.
Change the direct debit for the payment of your community fees.
Update your contact details such as telephone and email.
And many other things that we will be informing you about in the following weeks.
When you access the application for the first time, you will see that it is only in Spanish, so here is a brief guide to change the language and start working with the application.
How to change the language in your TuComunidad App
IMPORTANT: As the application is organised by buildings, and we do not have information about the buildings that are not in the self-administration system, those owners will not have received the invitation for the moment. That is why any incident that you have to report related to the General Community or the Urbanistic Conservation Entity (EUCC) you will have to do it via e-mail at email@example.com
