COMMUNICATION 158 NEW APP TO REPORT INCIDENTS
For more than a year now the community has been working with an App (URBIT) to report and manage incidents in HRGR, both in your building and in the general community and EUCC areas.
Recently you will have read in different minutes that the company in charge of this App is planning not to go ahead with the App. Faced with their offer to sell the application to the GC of HRGR, the Board refused to accept it not only because of the cost of the application but also because of the fixed annual maintenance costs of the App, without the possibility of upgrading the system.
URBIT will now cease to be operative from today 31.10.2023 on.
From the HRGR Admin team we have been working and investigating other options during the last months.
That is why, from the HRGR Admin team we are happy to inform you that the application TucomunidadApp will be available to all HRGR neighbours.
To start the App on your mobile, computer, tablet, etc., you will receive an invitation email from email@example.com early next week.
Before that, you will receive an email with the explanation and steps to have it up and running in your preferred device.
Further communications related to the new App will be sent to you once you receive the invitation.
Between now and the time when you have the new App working, please any incidents you may have to report, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
