COMMUNICATION 150 STRONG WINDS FORECAST |
Warnings have been issued for significant strong wind gusts for the next few days. The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has issued orange level warnings for adverse weather phenomena for this Thursday 19th and Friday 20th October in the Region of Murcia. This weather alert begins at midday on Thursday (today 19.10.2023) and does not end until midday on Friday (tomorrow 20.10.2023). The most intense episode is expected to occur between 18.00 hours on Thursday and midnight, when there will be south-westerly wind gusts of up to 80 kilometres per hour. Local authorities are also advising people to remove flowerpots and other miscellaneous objects from balconies, terraces and windows of their apartments.
