COMMUNICATION 145 COMMUNITY FEES Q4 2023 Dear owners, May we remind you that the community fee related to the Q4 (4th quarter of 2023 – October, November & December) will be due on the 15th October 2023. However, as the 15th October 2023 is this Sunday we wish to inform those owners that have a direct debit set up for the payment of the community fee that it will be charged to their account during the week commencing 16th October 2023. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account so that the payment will not be returned. For those owners who pay by quarterly transfer, the date of payment of the fee is the same as the date, 15.10.2023. ** Important: Please note that this announcement does not affect owners of buildings that are not part of the self-administration.
