COMMUNICATION 117 POOLS 1-3 & 2-3 CLOSED DUE TO FAECES |
There are now 4 pools which are currently closed due to faeces. As we understand you will remember, last week pools 3-2 & 5-2 were closed. Well, over the weekend faeces have been found in 2 more pools. Once again, we regret to inform you that we have proceeded to close pools 1-3 (Atlántico 74-96) & 2-3 (Indico 71-85) in Phases 1 & 2 respectively due to faeces found in the water over the weekend. As a result of the faeces an e-coli test has to be done in the water, so until the results are negative, the pools will remain closed. Please note that this is not just about the cost of cleaning, extra water treatment and laboratory testing to confirm that the water is not infested with e-coli before opening. The main thing is that there are many neighbours who are affected and feel that someone thoughtless has ruined their holiday by not being able to enjoy the pool closest to their apartment for 5-7 days. Please note that these communications and those relating to pool rules do not reach your relatives, tenants and visitors so it is essential that you as an owner in HR inform the people who use your apartment of the rules. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that it is compulsory for small children to wear suitable nappies for bathing. Please respect the pool and its users.
