Dear Owners,

We are pleased to announce that we have already set up dates for the AGM of your Sub-community this year.

The start date is from 15th February 2024. Emails will be sent to all owners with the date and time of the Annual General Meeting in their building.   Every year one of the items to be voted on is the appointment of the Building President (BP), Phase President (PP) and Resort President (RP). To do this we need volunteers for these posts as it is always better to have a volunteer as President rather than to have someone´s name drawn out of a hat.  

In the link below you can download the “2024 Nomination Form”. So, if you wish to continue or to become a BP, PP or RP, please send back the completed and signed form to by Monday 5th February 2024 at the latest.

Please note that the list of volunteers will be published in the owners website and distributed to the owners in your building. This way they can support you at the AGM or via their proxy vote.

IMPORTANT: Please note that this information is only for the 72 Sub-communities (Buildings) who opted for the self-administration. Those buildings not using the self admin team will need to contact their corresponding administrator to find out what the plan is for your Building President election. We will be contacting the current Building Presidents of the 6 buildings for the appointment meeting for the Phase Presidents in their corresponding phases.

To become Building President (BP) you must be an owner in the building and be appointed by the owners in your building.

To become Phase President (PP) you must be a BP in your Phase and be appointed by the other BPs in your Phase. 

To become Resort President (RP) you must be a PP and be appointed by the other PPs in HR.
