COMMUNICATION 106 UPDATE WRISTBANDS COLLECTION Dear Owner, Today, third day of collection, the visit of owners, tenants, visitors and relatives has continued in a continuous trickle to collect their wristbands and enjoy the pools in HR. Thank you all for your kindness and cooperation which creates a great sense of community spirit. Authorisations from owners continue to arrive by email following the established procedure. Due to the volume of emails and paperwork in the HRGR Admin office we are finding it a little difficult to reply to all your authorisation emails thanking you for your cooperation. That is why today our thanks go to all HRGR owners who have sent their emails with authorisations, or informing us of their arrival, and to those owners who are doing so now or will do so in the next few days. THANK YOU VERY MUCH The Key Holders continue to do a wonderful job of coordinating with their clients to send out authorisations and ensuring that wristbands are handed out to tenants, visitors, or simply left in the apartments waiting for owners to come and enjoy their holiday. We have received enquiries from neighbours about how to collect the wristbands in September or October as they are not due to come until then. For those, who have not written to us with this question but are considering it, please note that you can come and collect the wristbands on the next working day after your arrival in HR. The collection schedule for each week will be sent by email to all owners the Friday before. That is, on Friday 11.08.2023 we will send out the updated schedule for the week of 14 August. Today we have delivered a total of 732 wristbands. Tomorrow Thursday 10.08.2023 we will continue to hand out wristbands for the use of the 19 HR swimming pools at the same time from 8.30 am to 2.00 noon. Below we remind you of the procedure established for the collection of wristbands and implementation of their use in order to be able to enjoy any of the 19 swimming pools at Hacienda Riquelme. When can the 6 wristbands per apartment be collected from? From Monday 7th August 2023 at 8.30 in the morning. Since when is the use of wristbands compulsory to enjoy the swimming pools in HR? The date when it will be MANDATORY to have the wristbands to enjoy the pools will be from Tuesday 8th August 2023. Where do I collect the wristbands for the use and enjoyment of the swimming pools? Wristbands will be collected exclusively from the HRGR Admin office in the Resort entrance building, next to the security gate. There will be signs at the office door. When can I pick up my wristbands? From Tuesday 8.08.2023 inclusive, weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8.30 am and 2.00 pm. What to do if you are due to arrive in HR on a Friday afternoon (after 2.00pm) or at the weekend? Please send us an email to support@hrgradmin.com with your case so that we can provide a solution. VERY IMPORTANT: Who collects the wristbands for the use of swimming pools? YOU ARE THE OWNER AND WILL PICK UP THE WRISTBANDS PERSONALLY If you are the owner of the property, and are therefore registered in our database, you will need to present your passport, NIE or DNI (document that includes a photograph). YOU HAVE TENANTS AND ONE OF THEM WILL PICK UP THE WRISTBANDS If you have tenants in your apartment, you will have to send an email to support@hrgradmin.com indicating: Name and surname of the owner (yours) Address of the apartment in HR. Name and surname of your tenant (who will collect the wristbands) Passport, NIE or DNI number of the tenant. The tenant will have to present this document to collect the wristbands. YOUR APARTMENT IS OCCUPIED BY FRIENDS OR FAMILY AND ONE OF THEM WILL PICK UP THE WRISTBANDS If someone from your family (siblings, children, etc.) or a friend is enjoying their stay in your apartment in HR, you will have to send an email to support@hrgradmin.com indicating: Name and surname of the owner (yours) Address of the apartment in HR. Name and surname of the person who is using your apartment and who will come to collect the wristbands. Passport, NIE or DNI number of the person who is using your apartment in HR. This person will have to present this document to collect the wristbands. YOUR KEY HOLDER, OR SOMEONE ELSE WILL COLLECT THE WRISTBANDS ON YOUR BEHALF If you prefer your Key-holder or another person (agent, legal representative, etc.) to collect the wristbands you will have to send an email to support@hrgradmin.com indicating: Name and surname of the owner (yours) Address of the apartment in HR. Name and surname of the person who will come to collect the wristbands (key-holder, agent, legal representative, etc.). Passport, NIE or DNI number of the person who is going to collect the wristbands. This person will have to present this document to collect the wristbands. OWNERS OF BUILDINGS THAT ARE NOT IN THE SELF-ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM Since HRGR Admin does not have the data of the owners of buildings that are not in the self-administration system, for the collection of wristbands in addition to the Passport, NIE or DNI (document with photograph) you will have to present a utility bill (water, electricity, gas) where the address of your apartment in HR must appear. If you have to send authorisation for someone to come and collect the wristbands on your behalf, please send the utility bill in the authorisation email or ask the person who collects the wristbands to bring the invoice to the office for collection of the wristbands. If someone other than yourself plans to collect the wristbands, and that you therefore have to send authorisation for the collection, please note that: The authorisation you send by e-mail between Friday 12.00 noon and Monday 8.00 a.m. will not be processed until Monday morning. Please make sure that you send the authorisation well in advance of the wristband collection in order not to keep the collector waiting. IMPORTANT: Authorisations must be sent by email to support@hrgradmin.com. Paper authorisations brought to the office on the day of collection will not be accepted. IMPORTANT: In case of loss or theft of wristbands, the community will not be held responsible. You are responsible for the wristbands that will be given to you so, in the above cases, to obtain new wristbands you will have to pay 20€ per wristband.
