| Dear owner, We would like to remind you that as from Monday 1st July until Saturday the 31st August 2024, it will be mandatory to wear the wristbands, so we kindly ask those who have not yet collected their wristbands to come and collect them as soon as possible. For those owners who arrive outside the office wristbands collection timetable and are going to use the pool that afternoon, please contact us at admin@hrgradmin.com and we will inform you how to proceed. The collection timetable will be from Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 12.00pm. May we take this advantage to remind you of the procedure established for the collection of wristbands and implementation of their use in order to be able to enjoy any of the 19 swimming pools at Hacienda Riquelme. IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have any outstanding fees with the community, you will not be given the wristbands for the usage of the pools until you clear the debt. This year it is mandatory to wear the wristbands to access the pool area and enjoy the pool. So, if you think you may have some outstanding fees, please contact admin@hrgradmin.com as soon as possible and we will confirm whether you are up to date or not. ANSWERED QUESTIONS When can the 6 wristbands per apartment be collected from? The start date for delivery and collection of wristbands has been Monday 27th May 2024. Since when is the use of wristbands compulsory to enjoy the swimming pools in HR? The date when it will be MANDATORY to wear the wristbands to enjoy the pools will be from 1st July 2024 to 31st August 2024. Where do I collect the wristbands for the use and enjoyment of the swimming pools? Wristbands will be collected exclusively from the HRGR Admin office in the Resort entrance building, next to the security gate. There will be signs at the office door. When can I pick up my wristbands From Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 12.00pm. Who collects the wristbands for the use of swimming pools? YOU ARE THE OWNER AND WILL PICK UP THE WRISTBANDS PERSONALLY If you are the owner of the property, and are therefore registered in our database, you will need to present your passport, NIE or DNI (document that includes a photograph). YOU HAVE TENANTS AND ONE OF THEM WILL PICK UP THE WRISTBANDS If you have tenants in your apartment, you will have to send an email to admin@hrgradmin.com indicating: Name and surname of the owner (yours) Address of the apartment in HR. Name and surname of your tenant (who will collect the wristbands) Passport, NIE or DNI number of the tenant. The tenant will have to present this document to collect the wristbands. YOUR APARTMENT IS OCCUPIED BY FRIENDS OR FAMILY AND ONE OF THEM WILL PICK UP THE WRISTBANDS If someone from your family (siblings, children, etc.) or a friend is enjoying their stay in your apartment in HR, you will have to send an email to admin@hrgradmin.com indicating: Name and surname of the owner (yours) Address of the apartment in HR. Name and surname of the person who is using your apartment and who will come to collect the wristbands. Passport, NIE or DNI number of the person who is using your apartment in HR. This person will have to present this document to collect the wristbands. YOUR KEY HOLDER, OR SOMEONE ELSE WILL COLLECT THE WRISTBANDS ON YOUR BEHALF If you prefer your Key-holder or another person (agent, legal representative, etc.) to collect the wristbands you will have to send an email to admin@hrgradmin.com indicating: Name and surname of the owner (yours) Address of the apartment in HR. Name and surname of the person who will come to collect the wristbands (key-holder, agent, legal representative, etc.). Passport, NIE or DNI number of the person who is going to collect the wristbands. This person will have to present this document to collect the wristbands. OWNERS OF BUILDINGS THAT ARE NOT IN THE SELF-ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM Since HRGR Admin does not have the data of the owners of buildings that are not in the self-administration system, for the collection of wristbands in addition to the Passport, NIE or DNI (document with photograph) you will have to present a utility bill (water, electricity, gas) where the address of your apartment in HR must appear. If you have to send authorisation for someone to come and collect the wristbands on your behalf, please send the utility bill in the authorisation email or ask the person who collects the wristbands to bring the invoice to the office for collection of the wristbands. If someone other than yourself plans to collect the wristbands, and that you therefore have to send authorisation for the collection, please note that: The authorisation you send by e-mail between Friday 12.00 noon and Monday 8.00 a.m. will not be processed until Monday morning. Please make sure that you send the authorisation well in advance of the wristband collection in order not to keep the collector waiting. IMPORTANT: In case of loss or theft of wristbands, the community will not be held responsible. You are responsible for the wristbands that will be given to you so, in the above cases, to obtain new wristbands you will have to pay 20€ per wristband.
