This week 17 apartments have collected their wristbands so a total of 102 units have been delivered to owners updated with their community fees this week.
In twelve weeks, wristbands have been distributed to 1331 apartments, a total of 7986 units.
We would like to remind you that as from Monday 1st July until Saturday the 31st August 2024, it will be mandatory to wear the wristbands, so we kindly ask those who have not yet collected their wristbands to come and collect them as soon as possible.
For those owners who arrive outside the office wristbands collection timetable and are going to use the pool that afternoon, please contact us at admin@hrgradmin.com and we will inform you how to proceed.
Next week from 19th August to 23rd August 2024 the collection timetable will be from Monday to Friday from 11.00am to 12.00pm.
May we take this advantage to remind you of the procedure established for the collection of wristbands and implementation of their use in order to be able to enjoy any of the 19 swimming pools at Hacienda Riquelme.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have any outstanding fees with the community, you will not be given the wristbands for the usage of the pools until you clear the debt. This year it is mandatory to wear the wristbands to access the pool area and enjoy the pool. So, if you think you may have some outstanding fees, please contact admin@hrgradmin.com as soon as possible and we will confirm whether you are up to date or not.
