The speed reduction survey is inviting Owners to provide feedback on this subject.
There have been 7 car accidents in the period May / June 2024 of which 5 of these accidents were cars colliding with trees and lamp posts.
Fortunately, the accidents have caused just minor injuries to the people involved.
Various reasons may have caused these accidents including speed, complacency, driving under the influence.
As the roads in HR are public, any action of installation of road bumps will need to have the approval from the Town Hall of Murcia.
The official speed limit in HR is 30km/hour and we will be initially approaching Murcia Town Hall (MTH) to request that the current 40km/hour signs are replaced.
It is also worth mentioning that we are still waiting for a response regarding the provision of roadside parking on the road adjacent to Phase 6.
This decision will also impact on any proposals in that area.
